NeoScenic design offers progressive architectural and engineering -from concept design through to detailed design and construction plans . It also provides pot-contract onsite supervision.Founded by, Ar.Sameer & Ar.Nasrin, the studio combines architectural precision with a strong design sensibility, delivering projects that are both functional and expressive.We work together combining our knowledge from different disciplines practicing architecture at a high level of quality.
Our design process is collaborative, research-driven, and rooted in sustainability—reflecting a belief that great architecture improves lives and shapes communities. NeoScenic’s portfolio is rich with projects from commercial, residential, retail and mixed-use projects to hospitality, leisure, landscape and interior design. Its simplistic approach to design and construction helps deliver successful and on-time completion – reliably and efficiently.
